Tuffy was our first bitch from Chris Weatherman of Northstar Akitas. She came to us at 17 months old and she is now 12 and one half. She has given us many lovely children and grand children and great grand children but
most of all she has given us so many laughs. She is our dancing bear dog and has spent most of her life dancing and leaping and giving kisses and playing. Even at her advanced age she is still leaping around, spinning, kissing, giving mouth hugs and just generally being a goof. No one believes how old she is..
sometimes even we don't. She is ultra sound,
has a dead level topline, still has a curled tail and proud head carriage and can trot like she was two. We cherish every minute with her.
